Boutique consultancy

We are a specialised consultancy, focusing on supporting large and innovative infrastructure projects. Most of our customers are from shipbuilding and process industries. We are based in Norway, with staff in Oslo and Stavanger, but we have parts of our customers also in other European countries.

Below we write about some of the principles that we operate our business from, and our team.

Principles

Repetition through focus

Our consultancy focuses on a small subset of the challenges of large infrastructure projects, such as early phase design and soft funding. Having this focus and repeating this work for and with large customers brings quality to the work.

Keep innovation practical

A danger with innovation projects is that you try to bring something new through adding complexity that does not help solve the problem. A part of viable industrial innovation is to avoid over-engineering.

Design for the long-term

When we deliver project design and grant applications, they are written with long-term implementation in mind. Much of our work is done for customers and partners that we have worked with for many years.

One customer per segment

We are a small consultancy working on projects where the IP is sensitive. For both these reasons it makes sense to work for one client per segment, where we often build relationships for many years.
